Consultation
Start by calling or submitting a mobile appointment request. We offer a complimentary speech and language consultation, where we’ll connect by phone, video call, or email to learn more about you and your child. During this time, we’ll discuss your concerns and answer any questions you may have. Schedule your free consultation here.
Evaluations
We offer comprehensive speech and language evaluations designed to meet your child’s unique needs. Evaluations include case history, background information, and informal/formal assessments as needed. Evaluations are conducted in person and typically last between 1–2 hours, depending on your child and the areas being assessed. After, we create an evaluation report and treatment plan that prioritizes your goals for your child.
Speech & Language Therapy
Therapy services are determined after the evaluation and parent consultation, allowing for a customized treatment plan tailored to your child’s needs. Sessions take place at The Speech Nook and are engaging, child-led, and designed to support meaningful progress. We encourage family involvement and provide strategies to support your child between sessions.
Currently, afternoon appointments are available, with more flexible scheduling opening up this summer.
Our specialized summer therapy program is designed to support children in maintaining and strengthening their speech and language skills over the break. Whether your child currently has an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or simply could benefit from extra support, this program provides targeted, engaging therapy to help prevent the summer slide and build confidence for the upcoming school year.
At The Speech Nook, we welcome all children—an IEP is not required to participate. Our goal is to meet each child where they are and provide personalized support to help them grow, communicate, and thrive!!
Program Details:
Open to students in Preschool through 5th grade, with or without an IEP
Individualized 1:1 speech therapy sessions
30-minute sessions tailored to your child’s needs
Ongoing parent communication and strategies provided to support carryover at home
Flexible scheduling to fit around summer camps, vacations, and family plans
Program Dates: June 30th – September 1st
